We deal with houses, apartments and condos to confidently bypass Kwikset, Weiser and Schlage locks. The cause of a lockout always involves one of three situations.
1. The deadbolt is locked
2. The latch is locked
3. Both the deadbolt and the latch are locked.

Batteries in electronic locks can die. Keys get lost. The thumb turn or button on the handle can be accidentally engaged so that a latch locks once the door closes.
We use various tools and techniques to tackle the problem with methods that are tried and true.

If a deadbolt is the issue we usually start with locksmith tools called pick guns and tensioners. Next we apply a process called raking. If that doesn't work we move on to actually picking the lock with leashes specifically designed for each key way.

If a latch is the culprit we start by trying to slip it utilizing various tools of the trade. If this is unsuccessful we focus on the key way with raking followed by leashe picking.

Bear in mind locks are made to keep people out so high security hardware can prove challenging even to skilled locksmiths. Smart key cylinders cannot be picked.
Drilling is required although we can replace your cylinders on site for an additional cost of $50 +gst

Upon confirming your request for service we'll give you an accurate ETA based on google maps GPS and send a licensed locksmith to your location.
Please note - a $50 e transfer deposit may be required for any travel time greater than 20 minutes.
This is to guarantee our service and protect the business against cancellations when a technician has already been dispatched to your location.
This deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total amount owing on your bill once the job is complete.

Our technician wil unlock your door using specialized tools only available to licensed trade practitioners.

Payment & Receipt
Once the job is done and you are satisfied with the work performed, we offer multiple payment options for your convenience.
We use the moneris system which accepts debit and all major credit cards. When payment is approved we will provide you with a basic print out receipt. You may also pay by e-transfer or cash if you prefer. Upon request we can email a detailed invoice with a breakdown of costs and services.
