Call us now to speak directly with a licensed locksmith
Unfortunately there are more than a few charlatans out there looking to swindle you out of your hard earned dollars. These scammers pose as legitimate companies by misrepresenting credentials & posting fake reviews often on professional looking websites. With a bit of knowledge you can avoid falling prey.
TIPS TO AVOID LOCKSMITH SCAMS
-
Avoid anyone advertising locksmith services for under $100. No legitimate companies do this. You will even see ads offering services for $29 or even $15. This is false advertising plain & simple. If you call one of these people you will often be billed higher than a legitimate company would charge. If you question these prices you will be told that the $29 or $15 advertised was just a call out fee and did not include actual service.
-
If the company is offering service in your city but is not based locally you can bet they are not legit.
-
Beware of companies advertising cheap locksmith services especially if they have hundreds of 5 star reviews. These reviews are mostly fake. the real reviews are hidden and do not link back to the company website. Do a little digging and you will find pages and pages of real 1 star reviews with endless accounts of false advertising, poor service and huge bills for service.
